Victorian Principles (later called Vicki) is the librarian aboard the P.M.S. Bouncy. Her name is a pun on both principles (standard of moral conduct), as well as actress Victoria Principal.
Background[]
Larry makes his way to the cruise ship's library, where he meets Victorian behind the desk. In between Larry's pick-up lines, the two chat briefly about books. Victorian says that she loves books with strong moral content, but when talking about erotic novels, she struggles to bury her lustful thoughts. Continuing the conversation, she mentions that she loves reading in general and has already read most of the library's books at least twice. There is also a pile of books on the desk that she plans to read during her downtime.
A bit later, Larry manages to snag an erotic book. He returns to the library, and asks Victorian to search for a book using her computer. While her back is turned, he takes her "Prudish and Proud" book from the pile on the desk. He takes the jacket off, and slips it onto the erotic book, then sets the book back onto the pile. Victorian turns around, and after Larry leaves, she reads her new book. When Larry comes back, Victorian has undergone a massive transformation. She now prefers to be called "Vicki", her prim and proper attire is changed to a sexy low-cut mini dress, and various phallic-shaped objects are on her desk. She and Larry chat again, and she indicates that she has now taken to using male passengers to "further her sexual knowledge." She then aggressively demonstrates on Larry, ripping his clothes to pieces in the process.
Later, Larry goes back to the library, and compliments Vicki's skill. Vicki responds that she is now the most sexually competent person aboard the ship, and definitely knows Larry wasn't that good. Larry bets that she can't prove what she says, and tells her about the LoveMaster robots aboard the ship, which measure sexual prowess. Vicki explains that she can't use the robots since she is an employee, so Larry offers to let her use his passenger card. The pair go to the LoveMaster booths, and Larry swipes his card. Vicki enters, and has sex with the robot. She manages to get a perfect score, and exits the booth, looking pleased. Larry concedes that she is skilled in the sack, and asks for "private lessons." Vicki refuses, saying that she's going to her cabin to read a "stimulating" book, then leaves.
Since Larry's card was active during Vicki's session, Larry is crowned winner of the sexual competency portion of the Thygh's Man contest.

Payoff: Vicki's nude chest will be revealed when Larry finally gets lucky with her.
